Disclosure Rating — 5/10

DOW-UAP-PR124, Unresolved UAP Report, Pacific Ocean, 2019 is a 53-second secondary recording of an infrared sensor display aboard a U.S. military platform. DVIDS lists the location as the Pacific Ocean, the date taken as January 1, 2019, and the publication date as August 7, 2026, when the Department of War published PURSUE Release 05.123

  Provenance and Limitations

The Navy's Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force transferred the media to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office in 2022. The footage is a hand-held recording of a sensor display rather than native primary sensor data, so filming artifacts such as blurring or flickering may be present. The official description states that the media was digitally altered before it was reported to AARO and is presented as received.23

  What the Video Shows

The official description says an area of contrast remains generally centered during the first second. From 00:02 through 00:29, the sensor zooms in; from 00:30 through 00:53, the area loses distinctiveness against the background. AARO and DVIDS caution that this description is informational and does not constitute an analytical judgment, investigative conclusion, or factual determination about the event's validity, nature, or significance.234
