DOW-UAP-PR102 is a 36-second infrared video cataloged as an unresolved UAP report over the East China Sea in 2024. The Department of War released it as part of PURSUE Release 04 on July 10, 2026.123

The DVIDS description states that United States Indo-Pacific Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), consisting of 36 seconds of video footage from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2024.2
Sensor Observation
The DVIDS description breaks the footage into three time segments:23
- 00:01-00:20: The sensor holds the area of contrast near the center of the frame.2
- 00:21-00:29: The area of contrast exits the frame at the top.2
- 00:30-00:36: The sensor zooms out and in several times. No content is present.2
