The record was obtained through official declassification channels and provided by the Department of War. United States Indo-Pacific Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, consisting of five minutes of infrared sensor video recorded aboard a U.S. military platform in 2025.123
