Disclosure Rating — 5/10

DOW-UAP-PR063 is a Department of War video record released in PURSUE Release 02 on May 22, 2026. The originating agency is the Department of War; the incident year is 2021; and the incident location is the United States Central Command area of responsibility. Its uploader-defined title is "Spherical UAP [CALLSIGN] 2021/04/12 vid 2."12

  House Request Provenance

On March 6, 2026, eight members of the U.S. House of Representatives requested access to 51 potentially UAP-related records allegedly held by the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. AARO identified a collection of responsive materials held on a classified network and notes that many of these materials lack a substantiated chain-of-custody.

  AARO Assessment

AARO assesses that this clip is likely derived from a full-motion video camera and an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the United States Central Command area of responsibility in 2021. A user uploaded the video to a classified network in May 2024. DVIDS hosts the matching public video entry and a direct MP4 rendition of the clip.34

The clip runs four minutes and forty-nine seconds. From 00:00 to 00:49 the sensor pans to keep an area of contrast generally centered within the field-of-view. At 00:50 the sensor pans away from that area of contrast.

  What The Record Supports

PR063 preserves a brief infrared track and its upload path to a classified network, not a resolved sighting. AARO presents the video description for informational purposes only, explicitly offering no analytical judgment, investigative conclusion, or factual determination regarding the event's validity, nature, or significance, and flags the missing chain-of-custody. Conservatively, the record documents an unresolved sensor track that the operator soon leaves; it does not identify the area of contrast or establish anomalous performance.
