DOW-UAP-PR061 Spherical UAP Callsign 2021/04/12 Vid 0

Video

AARO-assessed infrared clip from a CENTCOM military platform in 2021, showing an unresolved area of contrast tracked across the sensor field of view.

Disclosure Rating — 5/10

DOW-UAP-PR061 is a Department of War video record released in PURSUE Release 02 on May 22, 2026. The record carries the uploader-defined title "Spherical UAP [CALLSIGN] 2021/04/12 vid 0," with the incident year listed as 2021 and the incident location as the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility.12

  House Request Provenance

The record entered the public catalog through a March 6, 2026 request in which eight members of the U.S. House of Representatives sought access to 51 potentially UAP-related records allegedly held by the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) identified responsive materials held on a classified network and cautions that many of these materials lack a substantiated chain-of-custody.

  AARO Assessment

AARO assesses that this clip is likely derived from a full-motion video camera and an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the CENTCOM area of responsibility in 2021. A user uploaded the video to a classified network in June 2024. The four-minute, forty-six-second clip shows, from 03:02 to 04:00, an area of contrast entering the sensor field of view from the upper right corner and exiting at the bottom right corner while the sensor pans to center it; from 04:01 to 04:46 the sensor changes modes and the area of contrast becomes indistinct against the background. DVIDS hosts the matching public video entry and a direct MP4 rendition of the clip.34

  What The Record Supports

PR061 preserves a sensor clip and its upload path, not a resolved sighting. AARO frames the description as informational only, with no analytical judgment about the event's validity, nature, or significance, and notes the absence of a substantiated chain-of-custody. Taken conservatively, the record documents an unresolved infrared track; it does not identify the object or establish anomalous performance.
