The official records cover a 2002 account from Afghanistan, a 2011 account with no catalog location, and a 2023 account from Colorado Springs.[^2][^3][^4][^5]\n\n## Gulf of Oman Record\n\nThe release includes DOW-UAP-D101, an official Intelligence Information Report recording an AC-130 gunship crew's 2021 observation over the Gulf of Oman. The document is marked as not finally evaluated intelligence.[^2][^6]\n\n## CIA and State Records\n\nThe release includes CIA records concerning a 1964 incident near Puerto Rico: CIA-UAP-D022 is a memorandum file, and CIA-UAP-D023 is briefing material prepared for Walter N. Elder.
