DVIDS dates the recording to January 1, 2019, locates it in the Pacific Ocean, and lists a duration of two minutes and thirty-two seconds.[^1][^2][^3]\n\n<iframe\n  src=\"https://www.dvidshub.net/video/embed/1017790\"\n  title=\"DOW-UAP-PR126, Unresolved UAP Report, Pacific Ocean, 2019\"\n  className=\"my-4 aspect-video w-full overflow-hidden rounded-md\"\n  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\"\n  allowFullScreen\n/>\n\n## Provenance\n\nThe U.S. Navy Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force transferred the media to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office in 2022. A U.S. military service member captured the footage with a hand-held recording device in low-light conditions during 2019. AARO states that DOW-UAP-PR123 through DOW-UAP-PR127 were captured contemporaneously and that this media was digitally altered before being reported to AARO; the public record is presented as received.[^2][^3]\n\n## What the Record Shows\n\nDuring the first eight seconds, the camera pans as two apparent light sources enter from the upper-left corner and are kept near the center of the frame. From 00:09 through 00:53, continued panning repeatedly brings several apparent light sources into and out of view. From 00:54 through 01:23, the recording zooms toward a light source in the lower-left portion of the frame. The final segment zooms out and continues panning to track apparent light sources.[^2][^3]\n\nAARO provides this description for informational purposes and cautions that it does not constitute an analytical judgment, investigative conclusion, or factual determination about the event's validity, nature, or significance.[^2][^3]\n\n## References\n\n[^1]: [Department of War PURSUE Release 05 page](https://www.war.gov/UFO/release/05/)\n[^2]: [AARO UAP Report Documents index](https://www.aaro.mil/Next-AARO-Home-redesign/Next-Parent/Next-UAP-Report-Documents/)\n[^3]: [DVIDS: DOW-UAP-PR126, Unresolved UAP Report, Pacific Ocean, 2019](https://www.dvidshub.net/video/1017790/dow-uap-pr126-unresolved-uap-report-pacific-ocean-2019)","readingTime":"2 min read"},"relatedRecords":[],"citation":{"canonicalUrl":"https://disclosdex.com/documents/2026-pursue-release-05-035-dow-uap-pr126-unresolved-uap-report-pacific-ocean-2019","title":"DOW-UAP-PR126, Unresolved UAP Report, Pacific Ocean, 2019","publisher":"Disclosdex","retrievedFrom":"https://disclosdex.com/api/v1/documents/2026-pursue-release-05-035-dow-uap-pr126-unresolved-uap-report-pacific-ocean-2019","license":"CC-BY-4.0"}}
