The report consists of 32 seconds of infrared video from a sensor aboard a U.S. military platform. An accompanying Range Fouler Debrief, DOW-UAP-D091, describes the object as a \"darker, maroonish color, approximately 12-15 feet in height\" that traveled with the wind and did not maneuver or change direction.
